The Speaker removed the State Affairs Committee referral and added                                  
a House Special Committee on Oil & Gas referral for the following:                                  
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 439                                                                              
    "An Act removing provisions providing an opportunity to petition                                
    for review of proposed consistency determinations under the                                     
    Alaska coastal zone management program."                                                        
                                                                                                    
HB 439 was removed from the State Affairs Committee and referred                                    
to the House Special Committee on Oil & Gas with a further referral                                 
to the Resources Committee.
